Birth Doula

I support to you during your pregnancy, discussing your birth plan, hopes and wishes for your birth, and how you’d like your support people to show up for you.
I go on call 24/7 when you’re 38 weeks until you give birth. During your birth I offer emotional and physical support, help you advocate for yourself, and help any other loved ones attending to support you. The journey is yours, and I am there to hold you through it.
I visit you twice postpartum. This usually looks like me coming to your home to focus on you and your relationship with your baby and ease the transition of adding another life to your family!
Postpartum Doula
I offer physical, emotional, and educational support during your postpartum weeks tailored to your individual needs. This can be to help you settle into a routine, sit down with a hot meal, help with laundry, and light housework, support with latch, or to get referrals for more support.
NICU Doula
If you find yourself in the heartbreaking position to be experiencing a NICU stay or transfer, I am here to offer continuous care and as you adjust and settle in.

Includes 2-3 prenatal appointments, always available for calls and texting, continuous support during your labor and birth, and 2+ postpartum appointments
$500 deposit due at time of hire, rest due after birth

$60 deposit due at time of hire
Total due at first appointment or weekly if hiring for more than a week
Lots of flexibility in what your services look like

Virtual support day and night for 24 hours: $250
In person support for 4-6 hours and virtual support continuing throughout your NICU stay: $500
